Crash when trying to clean anything. Return my money.
It crashes
This app is completely not usable. It continuosly crash.
I went in and cleaned up TONES of space. Like 20 plus GB yet when i look at my macs storage its still the same as before. So I went ahead and clicked on a particular file to “clean” it up and made sure i looked it up before that. So boom hit clean. That file should be gone right?… wrong when in seached that same file and it was still there. Why is that!? I just wasted my money on something that makes you think its deleting those certain items.

Update...
Would like a full refund. Will not uninstall apps on El Capitan. Other than that fair/good app.

Use it occassionally to clean out junk, temp, cache & app leftover files.
Virus detection
got a pop up that said I had 5 viruses detected so not trusting the site I went to the app store and found this app and downloaded it then ran it and it said I had no problem. So that was comforting.
No longer works
I use to love this app, however, after cloning my hard drive into a “new” MacBook Pro, everything else works except for this app. I have deleted it, re-downloaded it, and it still doesn’t work. Too bad.

I'm not paying 10 dollars for a program that i dont even know if it works or not!! screw that, just ridiculous. I'm going to make an app that promises one thing and then has a little scanning button on it, and then make you pay without evern knowing if it worked or not!!! We as a consumer need to ask more of these apps and of apple for approving it!!! this is getting ridiculous!!! They need held to a higher standard not jsut because they are taking your money and ripping you off, but becaues they have your info now too!!! it's a win win for them. ANd don't let that Data Not collected Crap fool you!! They are they have whatever data they want to get from you already!!!

Bad timing. I can't really do a big huge thing of what a review should be. Not right now, on the spot like something crazy just happened. But then fact that i'm actually stilll sitting here, taking this crazy moment in time to say nice about a service I've taken for greanted as a mac user: This isn't part of the apple debate or whetever. It takes care of some old crap on your precious macOS system. Glad I have it, glad I don't have to constantly hit subscibe and the likebutton. Instead I just paid them a few bucks once to turn the advertising off and this app has always done exatly what it's supposed to: Thoroughly and quietly takes care of some old crap on your Mac. Pay them, they deserve it - good product for a one time/lifetime purhase, you'll never have a bit of trouble with and honestly that kinda the point. Only gripe: Let me know that more frequent updates are being made and that I can get to have the choice of parting ways with even more $$$ to get a subsciption level upgade if you ever decided to take on the established elite. Gotta go now.

Seeing the application does not let you choose your home folder, the application does..... nothing
I had the Pro Version....worked well BUT
I had the Pro Version....worked well BUT my system crashed and when I replaced my apps I lost the Pro Status without buying it again. This is more apples fault for changing thge APP Store. You used to be able to see your apps purchased and easily replace when needed. Now you are on your own.

It can not clean anything and can not unstall any programe after scranning.
Fine app
The "fast cleanup” option works great, every other more specific option will just locate the files for you and you have to go delete them yourself - which is still better than nothing in my opinion. I’m not sure what everyone else was expecting - it’s free!

how am i supposed to use this?
It’s been scanning for days. I can’t figure out how to use it. As a graphics person, I have many large files. I want to clean up my computer, Uninstall and basically utilize,. it won’t let me do ANYTHING as its scanning.. no Youtube video on this. Any lessons available Mr developer? MAke it user friendly! Update.I seem to have figured out i can do a few things. I tried to delete but why is it scanning for days adn I can see at the top men upper right side and what is it doing? i can’t remove anything I don’t first make sure I don’t need.. Also i tried to unistall 9 things and that stalled! no pun intended. more updates

Love this App!
I really can’t understand why some reviews are so low for this app. I haven’t had any issues with it, quite the contrary. This app found so many garbage files that all my other 3 apps that were supposed to do that couldn’t find. It has so many useful features included. I loved the tips on how to manage some files through the Terminal by the way. Awesome!
